This is the treatment of teeth complications with various devices, by moving the teeth, in order to ensure an ideal aesthetics, chewing and talking.
Teeth complications may be genetic or environmental.
The normality of chewing, talking and aesthetic appearance can only occur with lined up teeth and the appropriate horizontal and vertical closing of the upper jaw and the lower jaw.
What do Orthodontic problems cause?

Due to teeth and jaws that cannot close normally, calcifications and pains occur in the joint. This may cause immense headaches.
- Sleep disorders:
Due to teeth and jaws that cannot close comfortably, sleeping disorders, sense of tiredness and hence, loss in work power occurs.
- Respiration:
Teeth and jaws that cannot close ideally can cause the underdevelopment of the respiratory system and breathing difficulties.
- Nutrition:
They may cause metabolism deficiencies due to insufficient chewing.
Today, orthodontic treatment is successfully applied in many age groups, including adults. Brackets and wires made of Porcelain and Teflon coated materials are made in the colour of teeth and provide aesthetic ease in the treatment. |
